I have created custom fields in the past, but now that I moved my sugar installation over to a new server I can no longer make studio work properly.
The fields in the database are created, but the metadata ect are not updated with my new fields.

Sugar 5.0.0d, php5, apache 2, windows server 2003...
I'm suspecting a permissions error, but I have set all the full control of the sugar directory under the power of my account, so that should be enough.
Any ideas on what to look for?
