Studio is not saving custom fields hanging on Loading

I'm running 5.2.0j on a Linux machine.
I want to customize my CRM and when I just add a field, it hangs and holds on Loading... message.
Looking on the logs, I cannot see the hit on the Access.log and some error on the error log.

Any ideas?

I tested it on Safari, Firefox (max, win), Iexplorer (crashes with a Javascript error), Chrome.

mysql: 5.0.51a-3ubuntu5.4
linux: Linux version 2.6.24-23-xen (buildd@crested) (gcc version 4.2.4 (Ubuntu 4.2.4-1ubuntu3))
apache: Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu)
php: PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5.6

Install Firebug on Firefox, enable the tabs console, javascript and network on Firebug.
Try again under Firefox and let us know the error message at the right bottom corner of screen.
