Studio problems 5.1 Professional

When I want to view relationships using studio they don't come up. Additional thing is that after upgrading from 5.1RC to 5.1 every double relation made to other module comes twice. The problem is that somehow system has build relations based on module names which haven't been in use. This is very strange problem and help is needed.
I have also posted this issue to case tracker but knowing life there won't be any response at all or maybe after one month . If I will figure out how to deal with this of course information will be shared .

Ok solved.
After rebuilding database the problem dissapeard. Hopefully won't happen again.
