Studio Publish has no effect on edit view

When I change the Layout of Opportunities module and then Publish it - if I click on an existing Opp the new layout is reflected properly. If I Edit the existing Opp or Create a new Opp then the old layout is displayed. I tried the Repair functions in Admin but that didnt work either.

How do I get the new layout to show in the Edit/Add instance?

BTW -
I checked the permissions on EditView and DetailView, etc and they are all owned by the same user as ListView.html and the perms are correct (644).

FYI - This is an asterisk@Home (Trixbox) version of Sugar (v4.5)
