Studio - Relationships does not open

I tried to change a relationship of the accounts module but as soon as I try to access the Studio part I get the following error message. It happens with all modules, not only accounts. What to do?

Did you customize anything?
Did you install any package / upgrade patch / modify any core file?
Can you see any error message at the tail of the file sugarcrm.log and error_log of apache?

I added a one to many relationship to the accounts module some time before and I installed various custom modules as well.

I see a lot of things like this in the sugarcrm.log:

But at that time it still worked.

Do you have Firefox? You could load the Firebug extension and see why you are getting this JS error maybe. Many times these kind of errors are either caused by custom moudles that are not compatible with the version of SugarCRM you are running or because javascript files are not being loaded because of permission issues or if the javascript file no longer exists.
