Sub Panel in a Layout How To Change Name

The layouts in the module builder name the first panel DEFAULT and sub panels Sub Panel 1, Sub Panel 2, etc.

Where can I change these names to something more helpful?

near the layout title have one edit button. click the edit button and change the title
