Submit a form with info on a current customer

Hello All,

Completely new to Sugar, and after a bunch of looking around, I can not find the answer to my question. Maybe someone can direct me a bit.

I would like to create forms on our website, that submits info to a current customer. I found the web leads forms, but that creates a new lead. But I need the customer to fill out forms so they can submit personal medical information into their current Sugar customer account. They also need to be able to upload files.

I also need a way for them to login somewhere and view all their info they submitted.

Is there a module, or a way to do so?

There is a way defenatly but you will have to build that mini portal yourself.
