Submitting Bugs Returns me to the Home Page of Sugar

I'm trying to submit a bug to http://bugs.sugarcrm.com. First I log on to Sugar's Bug tracking.

Then I submit a bug. The bug text is:

"When you view a treelist of Product Categories with assigned child categories the 'root' categories list is often incomplete. If you refresh the browser a few times the complete list sometimes appears but not always. Behavior seen in both IE and Firefox."

Every time I do this instead of getting some kind of a confirmation that I have submitted a bug I get returned to the SugarCRM home page and my addition is never recorded.

Are you still experiencing this problem? I just tested the Bug Tracker and everything seems to be working fine.
