subpanel custom order

Hello!

in my 5.2.0a installation the custom subpanel order will not be saved.

if a user changes the order of the subpanels (by drag&drop) the order will not be saved. the next time the user enteres the module the subpanels are ordered as bevor the drag&drop change.

any ideas?
