Subpanel not showing... Please help.

I can't seem to get an answer on this, so I was hoping someone here can help out.

I created a relationship - Many to One - Accounts to Custom Module

I've exported the changes for the relationship and added them to my package to install with the Custom Module.

I've installed the Custom module but the sub panel doesn't show inside the Accounts module. The tab "Other" shows, but the subpanel is just blank.

I looked in the log file and found this:
04/10/09 17:43:30 [5324][1][FATAL] Missing relationship definition accounts_modulename. skipping accounts_modulename subpanel

You need to copy the relationship from custom/metadata and paste into installer folder. You also need to define a metadata entry into manifest.
