subpanels module upgrade not installing

i need to add specific subpanels on related modules. i found a writeup at the bottom of this page

for "Subpanels – The upgrade safe way"

i tried installing this module, and receive an error:
The uploaded file is not compatible with this flavor (Community Edition, Professional, or Enterprise) of Sugar: 5.0.0b

anyone know what is going on?

there is a bug in the manifest.php file of this zip; one must change 'OS' to 'CE' under acceptable sugar flavors.
