Default Subpanels not displaying in Campaigns

I am new to SuarCRM so forgive me if this is a simple fix...I am running Sugar CRM on a linux box. When I go to my campaigns tab there are 2 sub panels (Target List & target URL's). I am trying to get the Accounts subpanel to display but I can't figure out how.

When I am in admin mode and I go to Studio/Campaigns/Subpanels I see Target Lists, Target URL's, Email Marketing, Message Queue, Accounts, Leads and Opportunitys all showing up there but only the first two are showing up when I actually go into the campaigns from a non-editing point. (Main Menu / campaigns / test campaign).

Can someone help me with this?

Here is more information if it will help:

    Sugar Version is 6.0.0
    Sugar Edition is Community Edition
    Category is Campaigns
    OS is Linux CentOS 5
PHP Version is PHP 5.3.2 (cli) (built: Mar 4 2010 22:12:20)
    Database is MYSQL 5.1.43
    Web Server is Apache/2.2.3 (Unix)

Several default sub panels are missing from my campaigns tab. When i go into campaigns I am only seeing the "Target list" and "Tracker URL's" sub-panels and I need the other panels to show up as well. Can someone please help?
