Subpanels not responding

Just updated form 6.21 t0 6.3GA and everything went smoothly.

I have found that all the sub panels display but are not click-able. for instance in contacts module, you can move the subpanles around in terms of the order they are in form top to bottom, but if you try to click to expand the subpanel, nothing happens except that the screen will scroll to the top if the screen is not already at the top.

Dose anyone have any ideas?

I found that when a disabled all the modules in the Ajax UI function under the admin/system settings that i was again able to select the subpanels as usual in the previous version I had 6.2.1.

Found that Sugar kept gettign an error with the Ajax UI enabled, this kinda of sucks because it takes awhile for the home page to load every time you make a change on a dashlet.

Would definitely like to hear what others are experiencing with this new Ajax UI feature. This feature would definitely make my sales team more efficient...
