Sugar Community Edition 5.1GA

It appears the relate field is not linked correctly between the record and the subpanel in it's related record for new custom modules. Does anyone know how to check or correct this?

- I have created 2 new Issue modules in Module Builder.
- Within each of these modules, I have created 2 Relate fields, linking each module to an Account and a Case
- I have then added a one-to-many relationship from each of the Accounts and Cases modules to each of my new modules, with Accounts and Cases set as the parents in all instances.
- I added new records into my new modules, and set the relate fields to link to records in Accounts and/or Cases.
- When I click on the relate record in the Detail view, it links me to that record in Accounts or Cases correctly, but there are no records shown in the subpanel for that linked record.
- When I use the Select button to add a record from my new module in the subpanel, it works fine. However, when I select the link to this record, it opens the Detail view and there is no entry in the relate field back to the record ZI just linked from,
