Subpanels not visible for one user

Hi,

I have one user that has the same profile as everybody else but for some reason that user doe not see all the subpanels in the account detail view. That user also looses the tabs in the subpanels. Other users don't have that problem neither does that user have the problem outside of accounts.

anybody any ideas

It sounds like that user is a member of a security role that does not allow access to the modules that correspond to the subpanels which they are not able to see.

Login as admin, click Admin then Role Management to check your security roles.
