Subscribing to a campaign

We're creating a newsletter campaign and it's working fairly well. Our newsletters run in sequence and we only want our customers receiving one per week. However, if there is a new subscriber who signs up a few weeks in, on the next email batch he'll receive every news letter up until that date.

Is there any way to start all new subscribers with the very first newsletter and keep going in sequence week after week instead of receiving all previously sent newsletters at once? Am I making sense?

there is no way which you are looking, you will have to create seperate list of new joinee.
