After upgrading to 4.5.0d from 4.2.1a, we get the following error trying to save project tasks if "Assigned To" changes:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mb_encode_mimeheader() in D:\Webspace\entres\olegtim\ourdomain.com\crm\inclu de\Localization\Localization.php on line 286
