Unhappy Sugar 4.5.1, Meetings: search user? Access for all participants?

    Hey,

    I have 2 problems with Sugar 4.5.1.

I have created about 100 Users. When I create a new meeting and click on "search" to find the users i can invite, and have NOT filled in any name or something, I get a list of all users that I can invite. This worked when I only had 10 users, but now, as 100 users are created, only about 30 of them are displayed when I click on "search". Is this ment like that? How can I change ist?

My second problem deals with the access to meetings. I can chose between "all" and "owner". It would be neccessary to have the permission to see and work on all meetings, that I am the owner of OR that I have been invited to. Is that possible?

    Thanks a lot,

    Danja

Yes it is ment to do that, there are fields to the left of the search button that you can fill in like first and last name so that you can narrow the search and find who you wnat to invite. It may take 2 or 3 searches to get everyone.

No, just because you have been invited to a meeting does not mean you can edit it and to the best of my knowledge if you limit editing to "Owner", invitees will not have access to the meeting to edit it.

Thanks a lot for your answer :-)

Probably I just did not explain what I needin a good way. I know about the fields to fill in name or last name and find any people by that way, but what I need is to click on "search" and get all users displayed in the list. It worked with 10 users, but it does't with 100. It seems as if the number of users displayed in the list is limited. Is there any possibility to have all users displayed that way?

The reason why I ask is that it might be confusing for the users when only 30 of them get displayed, because they might think they cannot invite the others.

If it is NOT at all possiple to make some changes leading to what I need, is ist possible to influenze the order in which the users get displayed in that list, even if only 30 of them get displayed anyway? I created the users beginning with an "a" and now only people beginning with an a or b can be chosen by that way, it would be better if "more important" people could be chosen by that list. Or will I have to create all users again in the order that I need?

My second question: I understand that invitees are NOT ment to make any changes in meetings or something, but in our company it will be neccessary. the big problems is, that if we just give everyone the right to make changes in everything, it will not be possible to hide descriptions or attachments from anyone. The best solution would be a way to decide, whether everyone can see a meeting, it's description and attachments or just the people who take part. Is there ANY way to realize this?

    thanks,

    Danja

I am sure this can be done but I would assume that it would have to be changed in code, I will look for it tonight for you.

and you second issue would also take a code change to achieve.
