sugar 4.5.2 secutiry q???

Hi there

I am still on sug 4.5.1.

We are now getting 5 new temp staf just to make calls from leads.

I need a way for them to only see the leads module and only leads that is assigned to certain Campaigns?

Any answeres?

Even on 4.x there were are number of ways ... use roles or hide the modules ... or is that too simplistic an answer?

sorry , yip.

There is going to be about 30 campaigns every quater with 5 diferent teams of sales staff. all beloning to a 5 different roles. adn each role is only allowed to see leads generated from a certain campaihn, wether that leads comes from telesales,web to lead or mail. depending on the campaign.!!!

the roles would work if you assign to a person in a role, bit the link back to the campaign is the thing
