Sugar 4.5 Server Configuration

Hi all,

I've been experimenting with Sugar 4.5 this week and was wondering if someone could suggest the ideal configuration of the server to use 4.5. with UTF-8. We need to make it work with English, Portuguese and Hebrew in one installation.

Assuming the server is Redhat/Fedora/CentOS (all pretty much the same), what is the correct set up of:

Apache
PHP
Mysql

That is, what are the correct character set and other relevant configuration settings for each of these elements? Then, what are the correct choices in the SugarCRM setup process.
