sugar 5.0.0b imap - folders visible but no emails

i'm testing out 5.0.0b -specifically the email client aspect.

i can connect ok via IMAP to my exchange folders, but the only actual mails that are visible are unread emails - not read ones.

there doesnt appear to be an option in sugar to make "read" mails visible via IMAP. is this a configuration tweak or some other setting within 5.0.0b?

YES

In version 4.5.1x there was a flag in Email configuration called "Import only since last check" (LBL_ONLY_SINCE).
In Version 5.0 this flag is missing but always set at the interface to the Mailserver.

Also, sometimes I've found a right click on the folder, Inbox or whatever, and then check mail will bring in the mail.

I am hoping there is some true fix for this issue. As noted at the beginning of this thread- no "read" email is imported from our IMAP server. This is a serious flaw.

Additionally- is there a procdure within the Sugar framework to rollback a patch? It appears that this issue is related to the newest 5.0.0b patch and I'd like to be able to rollback in order to do testing.

hey thanks. right clicking on a folder and selecting "check mail" works - but that also pops up the right-click firefox menu. (so you end up with the firefox right click menu overlaying the sugar right click menu... i dont think this is usuable for my end users..)

the speed of retrieval of imap message content is noticably slower than using Outlook.

has anyone figured out how to get the emails shown?

i have at least the same problems
imap folders are there , they refresh, search for new messages, but do not show messages
