Default Sugar 5.2 eMail: How to access IMAP folders?

When I create a new IMAP mail account in the Sugar eMail client, all I get to see is the inbox. But I need to see all IMAP folders. How can I make sure they are visible and accessible, too?

    Thanks

    s.

It's about you telling it which folders to monitor.

I'm assuming that you have already setup your IMAP mail account in in the settings area. In the Emails module go back into Settings and click on the Mail Account tab. Choose your account name in the drop down at the top. Move down to Monitored Folders field just below the Protocol field. Click on Select. Another box will pop up that should display all your folders starting with Inbox and all the ones below it. Select your folders, click on OK, and all those folders should now show in the Monitored Folders field.

Somewhat of a related problems came up when I did this that made me kind of fumble and stumble. When I clicked on Select to view and select the IMAP folders my browser graphically would not display the folders in the box that popped up. I was using Chrome and have switch to Firefox or Internet Explorer and all was well.

You should now be all set.

So I've been playing around and bumbling with this thing for a few days on and off. We'd like all of our email in and out of Sugar however, it says to select folders and there are the generic "INBOX", etc. I select them and nothing comes up. I've tested the account info and it is correct. I also have access to the same account on Outlook so I know folder permissions are there. The funny part is, I can send email from this account and the user will recieve it but I can't view any of the incoming email.
