Sugar 5.5 Beta 2 install has no template...

Upon installing the Sugar 5.5 beta 2 release, all went well with the install except when I logged in it is as if the template does not load and all the pages data is aligned along the left of the page. I'm sure I have seen this before but it was years ago.

Did you give the proper permit to cache/theme?
