In sugar 5 comm,email module can we relate mail to the lead/contact in compose mode

In sugarcrm 5 community edition,email module can we relate mail to the lead/contact in compose mode of email.We can do it In suagr 4.5 compose mail . But in sugar 5 comm and pro version also i didn't find the add to sugar button / relate to field in compose mode.It is there if we click inbox mail it shows add to sugar button in mail.

Shouldn´t the mail composed be automatically related to the contacts/leads in your "To:" field?
At least it is in my installation of sugar5.0f ce.
