Sugar 6.0 beta outbound email error

I am having the error box popup when trying to send an email: "Error emailing:The outbound mail server selected for the mail account you are using is invalid. Check the settings or select a different mail server for the mail account." Upon setting up the outboand mail account I tested it and it worked fine from the settings menu, I got every test email sent. Can anyone please help?
