I have recently discovered a problem with my install of Sugar that I think may have been caused by adding a relationship from the documents module to a custom module of my own.

For some reason when I select a file to upload it fails to actually upload it. This used to work fine and unfortunately I don't know for certain if adding the relationship is what caused it.

My problem now is that I don't know how to restore it to its former glory. I have tried Admin>Repair and run quick repair and the 'Rebuild Relationships' but this has made no difference. I have also tried emptying the document tables and doing the above repair tools but still its the same. The strange thing is that if I create a document revision, this then uploads the file and the file name appears in the field 'Name'.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated
