Sugar 6.2.0 Upgrade Wizard failure

Dear forum members

Since the update to 6.2.0 the Upgrade-functionality in my Sugar system doesn't work anymore. After choosing the Admin/System/Upgrade Wizard I receive the following Error Message:

Warning: aSubPanel::include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening '' for inclusion (include_path='/var/www/sugarcrm:/var/www/sugarcrm/include/..:.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/sugarcrm/include/SubPanel/SubPanelDefinitions.php on line 454

Fatal error: Class name must be a valid object or a string in /var/www/sugarcrm/include/SubPanel/SubPanelDefinitions.php on line 455

My System:
SugarCommunityEdition Version 6.2.0 (Build 6354)
MySQL Version: 5.0.51a
PHP Version 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.17
Linux 2.6.24-29

Steps to reproduce:
Under Administration/System click on "Upgrade Wizard"

Your help would be appreciated very much.

There is a known bug in 6.2.0 regarding upgrade, but to make sure it is not about some other issue, do that:
Go to Admin -> System Settings -> set log level to debug
Try again.
Attach into your next post the zipped file sugarcrm.log

Meanwhile we solved the problem by deleting the two lines 454 and 455 in the file SubPanelDefinitions.php .
