Sugar 6.2.1 - password reset bug (still?)

Firstly, I DID do some searching on the forums and much of what I found was regarding older builds of SugarCRM.

Sugar version: 6.2.1 (CE)
OS: SLES11 SP1
PHP version: 5.2.14 w/ Suhosin-Patch (0.9.7)
MySQL version: 5.0.67
Webserver: Apache 2.2.10 (Linux/SUSE)

Steps to reproduce:

• Log into SugarCRM as admin
•.Select a user and in the resulting page click the "Reset Password" tab
• New window pops up stating that "An e-mail was sent to the user containing a system-genrated password"
•.e-mail received by user looks like this:

You recently requested on 2011-07-28 14:35:02 to be able to reset your account password.

Click on the link below to reset your password:

$contact_user_link_guid

So where there should be a URL there is just a variable. Someone mentioned this had something to do with the wrong e-mail template selected for the System-generated password email and Forgot Password email "functions". This makes sense...but I'm not sure where to go from here. I can get to the page...

...where these two templates are listed but don't know what I need to DO with them in order for them to work. Any ideas?

Nobody? I can't be the only one with this problem.
