I see the option to "Backup" Sugar files under "Admin" ... does anyone know how to properly use this option?
In particular:
#1 My understanding is that it does not backup your DB, but that it backs up your Sugar Instance ... or just your Customizations? Or ?
#2 I tried testing it out (to answer my own questions) but could not find a "Restore" option to use the file that it created

Has anyone tried this or know about it? (Using CE ver 6.3)
