Sugar bug - adding same dashlets

One more bug in Sugar.

When user starts adding same dashlet few times (which user should not do but some of them anyway do) it causes Sugar to produce some drug influenced psychodelic effects(see the screenshot but be very carefull).

The question is - was it done with intention to help people not to get bored at work or not? Or there is something serious behind it?
One of our clients made 7 cascading reocurring sugar windows and I had to delete her and recreate her because I could not delete dashlets.

Have anyone came across this thing and fixed that? I'm asking because it takes sugar support team from 2 to 4 weeks to answer support requests.

Any help would be appreciated.
