It's working for me, but is slow (as it has been for a while). We're currently investigating some performance enhancements-- although we'll probably be converting it to use the new Sugar Portal codebase.

I gave up on researching the bug and just created a new bug report. Hopefully it's not a duplicate.
Once created I couldn't search for it - the browser never returned. So it looks like the search is broken

FWIW, searching for Bugs with only the parameter of status set to "new" really makes it happy. LOL
