Sugar Community Edition Help

I am a new user to Sugar CRM and was looking at the Comunity Edition
Looks great ! I have very little knowledge of PHP and was wondering if it possible to change the tabs , feilds etc. using the built in tools only

I want to strip this back to very simple contact management

For example is it possible to remove the fields reports to , campaign , Etc. from contacts ?
And also things like the bugs , projects sub panels

You can use the Admin-Tool "Studio" to change all views (see screenshot), move, remove or add fields.

Admin=>Studio=>Contacts=>Layouts=>Name_of_the_view _you_want_to_change
