    Default Sugar Community Edition - unable to start

    I installed sugarcrm 5.5.2 with following components -

    Windows Vista
    IIS7
    PHP 5.2.13
    SQL Server 2005

    it installs fine but after the second last page i.e. registration, nothing comes up (blank page). There appear no errors during the installation and the wizard passes all system tests. Please advise.

    What happens if you put the instance URL directly into your browser?

    Do you have any entries in sugar.log?

    If possible, let us know the last entries on error_log of your web server.

    When I paste instance url directly in the browser, the same thing happens. the page stays blank and the status bar says - Done.

    There is no sugar.log file in the sugar directory.
