Sugar Contacts syncing to Outlook

Hello,

I am having an issue with contacts syncing to Outlook. Here is what is happening.

My user adds a contact to a company in Sugar. While adding this contact he checks the box "sync to Outlook" but when he goes back to Outlook and tries to sync with the plugin the contacts never come over. He told me it was working until about 6 weeks ago. He would add contacts to Sugar while on the road and then at some point he would click sync in the Outlook plug in and it would tell him it was syncing 1 of x contacts. It would count all the contacts it was syncing and be done. I have only been at this job for 5 weeks so I am coming into this blind. Any help would be great.

Sugar Version: 5.2.0k (Build 5837)
Outlook Version: 2007
