Sugar Community CRM 5.0b Not Importing Leads 2

In trying to upload approximately 458 leads, I designate the file as csv, map the fields and at stage 3 start the import.

Sugar CRM 5.0b begins the import operation. The blue bullets fly for a second the come to a stop.

I have tried 5 times to upload the csv file with no success.

I read the prior thread on this subject and learned that apostrophes are not welcome so I took all of them out. That exercise didn't help at all.

Because our sales staff is waiting for this lead list to be uploaded we're at a stop.

Does anyone have a suggestion to get the upload a kickstart?

First thing you should try is reduce the amount of data.

See what happens if you attempt to import only half of that data. If that doesn't work, try one half of that. If it still fails, try the first 10 records or so.

Are you trying to import data into the description field? Do any of the columns on the source file include values with carriage returns?

These type of issues are usually data related, but it could be a number of things, so it is hard to say exactly what the exact problem might be.
