I have done several searches and there is even a thread with the same title but my problem is different.
I have SugarCRM 5.2.0c running on a Sun Web Server 7.0 with PHP verison 5.2.0 with MySQL version 5.1.31 all running on a Solaris 10 zone in a cluster.
It has been installed and running for 8 months without issues and absolutely no changes have been made to the config since.
One of the nodes of the cluster went down a day ago and the site had to be restarted. There is one user who uses this the most and their account will not work anymore. When they login they get this error:
Sugar CRM 5.2.0 Files May Only Be Used With A Sugar CRM 5.2.0 Database.
All other users can login and use it just fine. Its only this one user and they have done a lot of customization to their profile.
The following files/places have this info:
MySQL config table, name sugar_version = 5.2.0
config.php sugar_version = 5.2.0c
sugar_version.php:
$sugar_version = '5.2.0c';
$sugar_db_version = '5.2.0';
$sugar_flavor = 'CE';
$sugar_build = '5505';
I will reiterate that nothing has been changed other than restarting the Solaris Zone on a different host.
Also, this is just for the one user whom uses it the most and therefor needs it back the most. I can duplicate this user and it works just fine except the customization is no longer there. Is this really a version issue or maybe it's a module or user profile issue?
Any Ideas?
Thanks for any help!
