We have setup Sugar CRM 5.2.0d pointing to our Exchange 2007 server using IMAP.
The connection to our email server tests fine and after successfully setting up the connection and saving it we can see our emails on the server.
The connection isn't using SSL.
The problem we seem to be having though is with "deleting" emails using IMAP.
We are able to delete only one email at a time. But the response from Sugar is quite slow when it performs each task.
We are unable to delete multiple emails though. The system just says it is "Performing Tasks" but doesn't do anything. In most cases when it finally responds it only has deleted no emails or one.
I think the problem is mainly with deleting or moving emails which takes quite a lot of time.
We are running:
FastStack Windows Installer for 5.2.0d with MySQL
Windows 2008 Std Server
Exchange 2007
