I’m needing to back-up my Sugar CRM records and would like to get this community’s input. I’m currently using Sugar version from 2004-2006. I’d like to find some way to regularly export my Sugar database into a universal data or text delimited format. I’m unsure of the correct terminology, but any thoughts or suggestions you could offer on methods of back-up and format would be extremely helpful. Thank you for your time.
