Sugar CRM Community Edition 6.0 help??

I don't know if anyone can help - I am using Sugar CRM Community Edition 6.0 with Outlander.
We are successfully using the system and have generated lots of leads and stuff. The problem is with the sync from the outlook calendar to Sugar. The date in outlook for a meeting or task is correct but when it appears in Sugar it thinks it is 2000 and not 2010 and also the time is midnight. Have regional settings and timezones and they are correct so I am not sure what else could be causing this as the Sugar system is correct timezone wise too. Any ideas anyone!!

Does the date get saved correctly if you enter the meeting or task via Sugar instead of synching it from Outlook?

If so, you'll need to contact the Outlander folks as it sounds like they may not be formatting the date correctly for the sync.

Yes it works fine when entering in Sugar just goes weird on the Outlander sync.

Hi Angel,

Please help!! Do you know if Outlander is compatible with Outlook 2010 as we were upgraded to 2010 at the same time as the purchase of Outlander. I have looked on the Outlander website and it says that there is no support for the product unless you cannot activate it. I read through the FAQ and found that there is a website for their forums but when I get there, there is no forum.
I have emailed them anyway to see if they will respond but I am not confident.

Not sure how to help you. The problem clearly seems to be with Outlander and I've never used it, so I wouldn't even be able to guess at what the problem might be.

If they are not interested in helping you get their product working, then you should consider using a different product. Kinamu Outlook Connector and GrinMark Office plugin are both excellent alternatives.
