I want to host my contacts in SugarCRM. But I use my IPhone and PC Outlook regularly.

For IPhone:

1. Can choose a contact in SUgarCRM and make a call directly from my IPhone. Will this call get logged automatically in the SugarCRM?
2. Can I add a contact through my IPhone into SugarCRM directly. Is there a duplicates check done at this time against the database
3. Is this an IPhone app that I need to download into my phone? What is the cost

For Outlook:
