I am Gary and I work for 1st 4 Glass. We have Sugar CRM and we have had no problems until Thursday. On Thursday, I tried to sign in using my user name and password. However, I was told that the web page was not found after I had signed in and that I was advised by Internet Explorer to make adjustments to my browser settings to see whether that would help.
After trying this, the web page still does not work and I cannot access my details. I work for a double glazing company and a record of our contacts are made. I am required to make out bound calls for my job and I am unable to do so because we have added to contacts to Sugar CRM and have not made a safe copy in case problems such as this occur.
Our administrator and other members of staff have since left the company and my sales manager and I are the only people that have access to this data. It is vital that we are able to access this data as any changes such as whether we make any sales from a particular contact needs to be kept on record so we can refer to it in the future.
As I am a user and not the administrator, is there anyway that we can reset the password the administrator had and then try and access our details that way?
Is there anyway the existing administrator could have made it that we cannot access our details or made us inactive users of the server?
Thank you for your help
