Free/Busy NOT showing correct time...

This is a BUG!

if you go to http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/SugarOnlinePreview

Which is: Version 5.5.1RC2 (Build 1175)

Sign in as:
uname: will
pword: will
Select Time Zone: American/New York (GMT-5)(+DST)

Create a meeting...

Now create another meeting at the same time as the previous meeting scheduled...and the same day of the previous meeting that you created...

You will see that the first meeting that was created in the Free/Busy section is showing up as -5 hours from the time that was originally scheduled.

Calendars are working fine it is just in the Free/Busy section that is wrong.

I have installed two instances of 5.5 and it is doing the same thing

Any help or acknowledgment would be appreciated...along with a fix...
