Hi,
I've been getting sold hard by the account executives for ACT Web 2008. Still, I'm leaning towards Sugar CRM Professional.
We are a private equity firm (5 users).
Our biggest needs are:
- Outlook sync
- Document Management (so that our attorney can see all of our working docs)
- Secure Servers
- Functionality/ease of use
Is there any reason why I should strongly consider ACT Web 2008? Have any of you had experience using Sugar for your private equity firm? If so, what are your thoughts?
Thanks!
