I have been using Sugar 4.5.1e for months and months with no perceptible issues with retrieving emails from the server. Suddenly, I am not receiving emails from certain clients, but not all the time. One time I'll receive the customer email in Sugar and the next time I won't. If I check webmail on the server it is sitting there, just like all the other emails and I do receive every email on my Blackberry. It's only Sugar that's missing the odd one. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
