greenarrow grins as he atatches a message to an arrow and shoots it up to the SugarCRM
message board with a loud "thunk!" upon impact.
Don't you love a dramatic debut post?

Now, down to business. I've tried sending an e-mail via Sugar's built-in e-mail client (as one must
for campaigns and whatnot), however when it arrived into the test boxes of various e-mail clients
there was no spacing. I can't figure it out--I have spaces (e.g. between lines) and tried hitting
enter then hitting shift-enter, but to no avail. Spacing is all messed up upon receipt. When sending
my test e-mail I clicked on Options then unchecked HTML under the "common" heading. Have I
overlooked something?
I'm using Windows XP and SugarCRM's CE version.

While were on the subject of text and spacing, I'll have to make an e-mail template for a campaign
soon and I've read advice that one should, of course, send out an HTML version *BUT* should also
have the code set for a text version as well to show up nicely on e-mail clients that have blocked
HTML and only read text. Can anyone teach me how to do that here or can you leave a URL to
such instructions for Sugar or general HTML if that's the case?
