having tried to get a response from the EMEA salesdesk by phone and giving up (the lady picking up has no clue, she promised me a callback i never received) i now try it on the forums:

If i purchase a License package from sugar for either enterprise or professional: does this INCLUDE hosting?
So does sugar host "on demand" then like salesforce?

Or is this just the license and i need an extra provider/ hosting company??
