    Default Sugar Express Employee Problems

    I'm currently evaluating SugarCRM express. I have 16 total employees, 5 active, 11 inactive - terminated. I am unable to add an active user or even change an existing user to active. Is the 10 user limit in Express total users or total Active users? In general, Sugar User/Employee management capabilities seem to be its Achilles heel.

    You should contact Sugar directly via phone or otherwise. It almost sounds like your subscription is setup as a 5 user account. If that's not what you intended to purchase, the sales folks at Sugar would be the ones to help you sort that out.

    You are correct. The instance was setup for only 5 users. Looks like that is how the Express trial instances are set up.

    we offer hosted CE Version for a one time fee of €99,- and no running costs No limitations on users whatsoever - bascially Sugar Express on stereoids ... ;- ) ... visit http://www.kinamu.com/en/CRM_for_ever as an alternative.
