I have the following questions regarding the sugar mail client.
I would like to setup sugar CRM so that the complete mail communication (both inbox and sent items) are matched against the accounts/contacts. It is essential to the the communication history show up in the CRM. Moreover, it is crucial that the communication can happen via other channels outside Sugar (e.g., directly from outlook).

However, so far none of the methods I have tried seem to work.
I have setup a group account and indeed the incoming mails are correctly matched. Nonetheless, the Sent folder is not used anyhow despite the fact that I have specified it in the settings.
The second method suggested as a reply to another post of mine, i.e., using the outlook sugar sync plug-in, did not have any functionality for syncing emails.

Hence, my question - does sugar support this feature - syncing both incoming and outgoing emails. This is the main factor in our decision for whether or not using sugar.
