Default Sugar has destroyed a lead_something_dom

I had 2 lead doms, one is named "lead_source_dom" and other got deleted.
    It had values like:
    New
    Assigned
    In process
    Converted

I wanted to add Qualified and Disqualified and I did. Then I tried to edit Disqualified for spelling and it opened a textbox right next to disqualified where I have entered some text and then sugar has deleted entire dom.

Now there is no status dropdown in Lead tab in sugar.

    How do I fix this?

    Thank you.

Are you saying that when you go to Admin > Drop Down editor, the option for lead_status_dom is nowhere to be found?

Create a new one with the same name and see if that corrects the problem.

I have created it and added a bunch of item values. Now it is visible in admin dropdown editor, but there is no drop down in sugar when I click on leads.

Go back to Studio and then access the field list for Leads. Make sure that the lead_status_dom list has been assigned to the Status field.

It is. Now I see that problem is in lead_status_dom.
Here is what I see in dropdown editor.

    Name: lead_status_dom
    Language: English (US)
    List Items:
    Item Name[Display Label]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
    -blank-[-blank-]
How do I edit it to make it work?

Thank you for all the help.

You are probably better off clicking the trash icon to the right of each of those entries to delete them. Next, click Save and that should reset it entirely.

At that point, you should then be able to add the entries back into the list by entering then in the fields just about the Add button towards the bottom of the display.
