Dear All,
I'm having an issue with sugarCRM 4.5. It becomes very slow for
one user who uses the CRM daily.
By slow I mean that searches and switching between tabs are extremely prolonged.
When comparing the same search on the affected users account and another account.
The difference can be between 45 to 90 seconds.
At some points the affected users account will simply not return search results.
If the user switches to another account using the same computer the issue does not
show up. After the user switches to another account the issue will begin to show up
after a few hours of use.
At other times the account works fine all day
I am wondering if anyone has seen this issue before and our there any suggestions to
remedy this?
